Quick Start Guide

1Install the app from the Shopify App Store
Search for "Collection Studio" in the Shopify App Store and click Install. The app will request permission to manage your collections.

2Download the CSV template
From the Import page, click "Download CSV Template" to get a pre-filled spreadsheet with all supported columns and example data.

3Fill in your collection data
Open the template in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. The only required column is
title. All other columns are optional. -
4Upload and run the import
Drag your file into the upload area. Click "Preview" to validate, then "Start Import" to push your collections live.

Frequently Asked Questions
Collection Studio supports CSV (.csv) files on all plans. Excel (.xlsx) files and Google Sheets imports are available on Pro and Premium plans.
Every row is validated before the import runs. You'll see a preview listing all errors with the row number and issue description. You can fix the file and re-upload, or skip invalid rows and import the rest.
Yes. If a collection with the same handle already exists, you can choose to skip it (keep existing) or overwrite it with the new data. This is configurable before each import run.
On Pro and Premium plans, you can roll back any import from the Import History page. Rolling back removes all collections that were created during that specific import run.
The Free plan supports up to 100 rows per import with 2 imports per month. Pro allows 2,000 rows and 50 imports per month. Premium has no row or import count limits.
Collection Studio uses the Shopify Admin API to manage collections directly. It works with any theme that uses standard Shopify collections, including all Online Store 2.0 themes.

When you visit this website, our server automatically records the following data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, date and time of the request. This data is used solely for technical operation and security purposes and is not linked to any personal identity.
3. Shopify App Data
When you install the Collection Studio app, we access your Shopify store's collection data solely to provide the import/export functionality. We do not sell, rent, or share your store data with third parties. Data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
4. Cookies
This landing page does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. The Collection Studio app may use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication within Shopify's admin interface.
5. Third-Party Services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). When fonts are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. This occurs on the basis of our legitimate interest in a visually consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For more information, see Google's privacy policy.
6. Your Rights

7. Data Retention
Server log files are retained for a maximum of 7 days for security purposes and then automatically deleted. Import job data is retained for as long as your app subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of account termination.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Collection Studio Shopify app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. The App is provided by 34Devs Shopify Agency (Ahmet Hamdi Kılıç, Hedwigstraße 27, 41352 Korschenbroich, Deutschland).
2. Description of Service
Collection Studio is a Shopify app that allows merchants to bulk-create, update, and export Shopify collections via CSV and Excel files. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Premium).
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to import illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content. You are solely responsible for the data you upload and the collections created through the App. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 34Devs Shopify Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or store disruption.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your Shopify store data solely to provide the functionality described in these Terms.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany.
